• Other digital design services as offered on our website

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing an Order

Orders are placed through our website or by direct contact. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply all necessary brand information and assets
• Make timely responses to our design team

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

3.3 Project Timeline

• Standard projects are completed within 3-5 business days

• Delays caused by Client (late feedback, missing information) will extend the timeline

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Revisions & Approvals

• We include unlimited revisions within the original project scope

• Final approval of Deliverables releases us from further revision obligations

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full copyright ownership of final Deliverables
• Unlimited, worldwide usage rights
• Original source files (additional fees may apply for certain formats)

6.2 Our Rights

We retain the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Use project details for case studies (unless under NDA)

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are only available if work has not commenced
• Once design work begins, no refunds are provided
• We will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will:

• Keep all non-public business information confidential
• Not disclose project details to third parties without consent
• Sign NDAs upon request (additional fees may apply)

9. Limitation of Liability

Waisol Technology shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from Client's use of Deliverables
• Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete Client-provided information

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
